The Imagicle Smartflows activities log lets you record all agent activities within the system, including updates made by teammates and new conversations initiated.
Filters help you narrow down audit log entries, making it easier to find the information you are interested in. Available filters include agent, period, and specific activities. For example, you can create an audit log that displays activities for a particular time range and an individual agent.
