What is Voice Analytics?

Imagicle Voice Analytics is a cloud-based UCX Platform application for Imagicle Call Recording, which allows to transcribe the content of audio conversations saved in Imagicle On-prem and UCX Cloud Suite.

By configuring Imagicle Call Recording for automatic voice/screen recordings upload or by manually selecting the audio files to transcribe, these recordings appear in Voice Analytics web portal, ready to be analyzed for content and sentiment.
