Introduction

In this article you'll learn how to best use our Analytics section, which is divided in three sections:

    • Satisfaction

  • Real-Time

Data Analytics has grown in significance within enterprises, serving to analyze and refine business processes while enhancing decision-making and outcomes. Its primary objective is to leverage statistical analysis and technology on data to uncover trends and address challenges. 

Access the Analytics section in Imagicle Smartflow is very easy: just click on “Analytics” icon on the left bar menu.
