Real Time

This section provides a real-time snapshot (updated to the second) of the following details:

  • Total Active Conversations: The total number of ongoing conversations.

  • Assigned Conversations: Conversations assigned to either a bot or a human agent.

  • Unassigned Conversations: Conversations that have yet to be taken over by one of your operators.

Additionally, it displays the total number of conversations per department, allowing you to see which departments may need more staffing or could be downsized. Next to each agent's name, you'll also find the number of active conversations they are currently managing.
